Isidoro Lucciola

Since 2005 he is the Managing Partner of Lucciola & Partners. Previously, from 2001 to 2005, he was Equity Partner of Value Partners, the largest independent Italian management and IT consulting group, and Head of VP Finance. From 1999 to 2001 he was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Grapes Communications, the Dutch holding company controlling a large alternative telecommunications group. From 1998 to 1999 he was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development of Acea, the largest Italian water company and the second largest Italian electricity distributor. From 1994 to 1998 he was Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Mediocredito Centrale (today Unicredit Mediocredito Centrale), a development bank entirely owned by the Italian Treasury. From 1989 to 1994 he was Vice President of Chemical Bank (today JP Morgan Chase) and European head of project finance and ECA’s multi-sourcing finance advisory teams, working in New York, London and Milan. From 1986-1989 he was Contract Manager of Snamprogetti (today Eni Saipem).

He was one of the London Club negotiators of the “1996 Financing Proposals” for the restructuring of the USD 27 billion ex-USSR credits claimed by international banks from the Government of the Russian Federation, member of the Governmental Commission appointed to promote the parliamentary reform of the Italian Internationalization Support Scheme, Professor of International Finance at University of Urbino, lecturer and speaker in various MBAs and conferences, member of the Board of Directors of listed company and winner of prestigious awards like “Deal of the Year” from Euromoney.

He was born in Italy in 1960. He is married and has three children.

Roberto Mugnaioli

Since 2005 he is Partner of Lucciola & Partners and since 2009 he is developing Loan Agency Services’ activities, an independent company active in the field of loan and contractual agency services for banks and corporations. Previously, he worked in the finance division of an important financial institution and in VP Finance, the corporate finance unit of Value Partners, the largest independent Italian management and IT consulting group. During his professional career he took part in important transactions related to financial restructuring, industrial turnaround, private equity and project finance in various business fields such as consumer goods, energy, tourism and biotechnologies.

He was member of the Board of Directors of companies active in various business sectors such as dairy products, meat products and software.

He was born in Italy in 1967. He is married and has two children.

Alessio Turco

Since 2007 he is Partner of Lucciola & Partners. From 2004 to 2007 he was Chief Financial Officer of EEMS Group. From 2000 to 2004 he was Head of Finance Department of Lottomatica Group and Chief Financial Officer of some Italian and foreign subsidiaries. During his professional career he took part in the IPO process and in the international development of the companies.

He was member of the Board of Directors of companies active in various business sectors such as entertainment and semiconductor.

He was born in Italy in 1971. He is married and has three children.
